Automatic Dialers Send Phone Messages
Database Systems Corp. (DSC) has been in business since 1978 and is a leading provider of call processing technology. Our automated phone dialing systems and outsourcing services include voice broadcasting and IVR applications.
DSC autodialers can broadcast recorded messages to hundreds or thousands of call recipients at once. This modern communications technology has both public and private industry applications. Messages can be sent to community members in the event of an emergency or can be delivered to customers and prospects of commercial enterprises.
These phone systems can send voice messages to both answering machines and live contacted individuals. If our automatic dialing systems detect a no answer condition or busy signal, the phone message can be scheduled for delivery at a later time. Our autodialers come with complete online reports to allow phone administrators to view the effective delivery of messages using this technology.

Automatic Dialing With VoiceXML Messaging
The DSC phone system employs VoiceXML messaging that automatically sends recorded phone messages from your own computer system to our phone system for subsequent broadcasting to your community or customers.
Using this automated feature, applications such as emergency alerts can be broadcast to community members or to specific groups of individuals. For example, tenants in a building can be automatically notified if there is a fire or other local disaster.
Calls can be triggered automatically by sensors that initiate an emergency broadcast by sending a signal over the internet or by phone. Other automatic notification applications may be as simple as weather alerts or wake-up calls. Using VoiceXML, messages can be sent to our system from a website or from a remote computer system.
Automatic Dialers
DSC offers two different types of autodialers. The WIZARD autodialing system is our entry level phone system that supports up to 48 analog phone lines.
If your call campaigns requires more lines, the PACER autodialer system can be used to deliver phone calls over hundreds of digital phone lines.
These systems are both affordable and expandable. These modern phone solutions include a modern Windows PC with Dialogic computer telephony cards.
When combined with our extensive IVR software, these phone systems can perform both inbound call distribution as well as outbound IVR call campaigns - concurrently.
Different Types Of Autodialers
The DSC autodialers call phone numbers that are managed on a computer system. These autodialers deliver phone messages to answering machines or individuals. Calls can be distributed to live operators in some calling campaigns.
There are several types of auto dialing techniques that are supported by our contact center phone systems.
- Voice Broadcast. This type of calling campaign delivers a recorded message to live answers and answering machines. If a non-answer call status is detected (busy, etc.), the
autodialers can reschedule the call for a later time. Simple messages can be delivered or the call recipient can be presented with an outbound IVR script that accepts phone keypad responses.
The remaining types of autodialers are used in conjunction with live phone agents. These agents are either local to calling center or are working from their homes or in remote offices.
- Preview Dialing This type of autodialing allows a phone agent to first review information about the call before the call is initiated by the autodialer.
The agent can decide not to initiate the call.
- Progressive Dialer This type of autodialer passes the call information to an agent as the number is being dialed by the auto dialer.
The agent usually has a few seconds to view the call information, but cannot stop the call process.
- Predictive Dialer This is a more sophisticated type of autodialer because the system automatically calls several numbers in advance and passes calls to phone agents only when a "live" person answers the call. This type of dialing eliminates busy signals, answering machines, etc.
- Smart Predictive Dialing Combines voice broadcasting with predictive dialing. The autodialer places multiple calls and plays recorded messages. The autodialer passes the calls to a phone agent only when the call recipient presses the appropriate phone keypad entry.
