This IVR report provides call information broken down by the length of each call in seconds. This report includes information such as the number of calls based upon call length interval. The following information is included in this report:

  • Time Span (60 Second) - Specific time span in increasing 60 second intervals.
  • Number Of Calls - Total number of calls in 60 second length intervals..
