There is currently only one function under the "File" Menu.

Shutting Down The WIZARD Phone System

The WIZARD phone system should only shut down after all phone functions are completed and there are no campaigns actively running.

To shutdown the phone system, simply select the Exit (shutdown) option from the file pull down menu. Once this option is selected, a confirmation dialog box is presented to reconfirm the exit action.

By clicking "OK", the system will be shutdown. Clicking "Cancel" aborts the shutdown operation.
