WIZARD Voice Message File Formats

The uploaded wav file must be formatted correctly or the voice broadcast run will simply call the number and hangup on the number that is dialed.

To view the wav file format, right click on the wav file and select it's properties to view the current settings.

The proper format for the wav file can be one of the following two formats:

Wav Format 1:
    Audio format: PCM
    Average data rate: 11.025 kb/seconds
    Sample Rate: 8.00 KHZ
    Audio sample size: 8 bit
    Channels: 1 (mono)
Wav Format 2:
    Audio format: PCM
    Average data rate: 8.00 kb/seconds
    Sample Rate: 8.00 KHZ
    Audio sample size: 8 bit
    Channels: 1 (mono)
